No. Luxe and Lotus Beauty products are exclusively sold on LuxeandLotusBeauty.com


HOW MANY ITEMS CAN I BUY IN ONE PURCHASE?

Orders are limited to three units of each product per person.


HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK?

Although we try our very best to keep products in stock, restock dates vary depending on the product availability.

I PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?

All packages are shipped via USPS. To process orders, it takes 3-5 business days.

After orders are processed, delivery within the United States takes about 3-6 business days and 10-15 business day for international orders.

Our customer service representatives strive to respond to all emails within 48 hours. Please note that this timeframe may be extended during the holidays.


CAN I RETURN WHAT I PURCHASED?

No. Unfortunately, we are not taking returns at this time. All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy.

In the event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 14 days of receipt of package.


DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

Yes. All packages are shipped via USPS. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Luxe and Lotus Beauty

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your county or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

CAN I GET A SAMPLE OF LUXE AND LOTUS BEAUTY PRODUCTS?

No. We currently do not have any samples available at this time. We will work on creating sample sizes in the future.


I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Order confirmations can take up to 24 hours to receive. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at contact@luxeandlotusbeauty.com with your inquiry.


DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, but by setting up an account, you will have access to your order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates about restocks and new launches.
