SHIPPING POLICY

Luxe and Lotus Beauty occasionally offers shipping promotions at which domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. Promotions may change without notice. For our latest shipping promotions, sign up for the Luxe and Lotus Beauty email list. 

We ship to most countries worldwide via USPS for all domestic and international packages.

United States Shipping/Handling Fees:

$8.95 flat rate fee for domestic shipping (All states in the USA)

International (outside the USA) Shipping/Handling Fees:

$14.95 flat rate fee for all international countries. We ship worldwide.

Orders take 3-5 business days to process. After orders have processed, delivery within the United States will take 3-6 business days and 10-20 days business days for International Orders. Please note that shipping during bad weather and around holidays could delay shipping.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences, customs, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees once the package has exited the United States. 

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept most major credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales final.

Damaged Product? Please send us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving the product to contact@luxeandlotusbeauty.com. A customer representative will review the product and contact you within 1-2 business days with instructions to exchange the damage  product for the same product.
